The Best Healthy Snacks!

I love snacking. I would honestly say snacks are probably my favorite meal of the day. You can have them whenever you want, and they can be sweet or salty or anything in between. But, snack food is not always the healthiest food, which can turn into a problem if you like to snack as much as I do. So, I’ve compiled a list of some of my favorite healthy (kinda) snacks that are pretty good for you and are also super delicious. 



Vegan White Cheddar Hippeas

I’ll say it now and I’ll say it again, these are the best snacks ever. They are supposed to be a healthy alternative to cheese puffs, and let me tell you, I would choose these over other cheese puffs any day. They don’t have any weird chickpea taste, and the fact that it is vegan doesn’t make the cheese taste weird either. They are amazing and super satisfying and they taste a lot more unhealthy than they actually are. I would recommend these 10000%.


GoGo Squeez 

Now, I know what you’re thinking: Grace, isn’t that a food for toddlers? Technically yes, but rules don’t matter if the snack is delicious. I love GoGo Squeez; they are perfect single serving pouches that are easy to throw in your bag or backpack before you head out for the day. The ingredients are really clean (only fruit) and they are great little pick-me-ups to have whenever you start to get hungry. There are so many flavors, but my favorite is definitely apple-strawberry! 


Peanut Butter Oat Balls 

These peanut butter oat balls are starting to become pretty popular snacks, and for good reason. They are super easy to make, are a great snack if you need a little energy, are pretty healthy, and are extremely delicious. All you have to do to make them is mix together equal parts peanut butter and uncooked oats, and then basically whatever toppings you want (I add a couple of chocolate chips). Then just form them into balls and put them into the fridge. That’s all there is to it for these perfect little energy oat balls! 


Grapes and Lime Juice

I think grapes are already pretty high up on everyone’s snack list because they are just so good, but I recently discovered this TIkTok hack where you add lime juice to your grapes to make them taste like sour patch kids. Honestly, they don’t taste tooooo much like sour patch kids, but it does make the grapes taste even better than they already did, so I would recommend you try this!


Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars 

I’m one of those people who needs to have dessert every night, and these greek yogurt bars are usually what I turn to. They are a super good alternative to traditional ice cream bars, and taste just as delicious. My favorite flavor is the coffee chocolate chip because it has a really strong coffee taste. They also have bars in flavors like fudge and mint chocolate chip. If you have a sweet tooth, I would definitely try these out. 


Mush Overnight Oats

These overnight oats are more like a breakfast than a little snack, but I thought I would include them because you can easily make them into a snack by only having half and keeping the rest in the fridge. The ingredients in the overnight oats are very clean and are all ingredients you could use to make the overnight oats yourself if you wanted. This snack is also really delicious, and you can add some fresh fruit on top to spice it up a little. They come with a spoon, so they are easy to take with you anywhere. 


Biena Roasted Chickpea Snacks 

These are the perfect thing to have if you are craving a salty snack, but don’t want anything too greasy or heavy. They come in the perfect little packages and are super crunchy and salty, that makes them a really satisfying and healthy alternative to potato chips.


Boom Chicka Pop

Everyone probably already knows about this popcorn because it became a pretty popular snack a couple of years ago. Popcorn is a great snack, because it is super easy to customize and is also pretty healthy. Boom Chicka Pop’s ingredients are only popcorn, a little sunflower oil, and salt, which is really good. I’m gonna admit, this popcorn is my go-to midnight snack with a little bit of chocolate chips, it’s so delicious.
