Delicious + Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe!!
Hey guys! Today I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes—my green smoothie recipe! I drink one of these pretty much every day since they're super tasty and very healthy. They are very easy to make—you just add all of the ingredients into a blender—and are also filling, making them perfect for breakfast or for after a workout! I highly recommend this smoothie since you get all of your greens and good vitamins in, all the while still tasting delicious! Enjoy!!
Ingredients (One Serving):
¾ cup frozen spinach
¼ cup frozen kale
¾ cup oat milk (or your choice of milk)
¼ cup water
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp. Flax
1 ¼ tbsp. Peanut butter
***Today I doubled the recipe so it made more than one serving
