Chloe Ting's 2 Week Shred
Hey guys! Today I wanted to share my experience doing the two week shred challenge by Chloe Ting. At first, I was a bit skeptical of the idea of slimming down in only two weeks. Before this, I tried to workout as consistently as possible, but after seeing very little progress, I instantly gave up. This program has worked wonders for many girls. There are result videos all over Instagram, Youtube, and Tik Tok, so I decided to give it a try myself.
The program is outlined on the Chloe Ting website which will be linked below. It has direct links to the videos assigned for each day. There are two videos that are given everyday of the workout: a cardio oriented workout and an ab workout. This repetition for some people may be boring, although for me, the videos were so challenging that it gave me a good workout each time. There are also three other videos that are rotated throughout the 14 days as well: one for lower body, arms, and another ab circuit.
To my suprise, I successfully completed the 14 days. I would say I definitely see results and feel much more confident in my body image. Keep in mind that I tried my best to diet throughout, especially in the last 3-4 days of the program. To anyone considering this program, I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for fast noticeable results or someone looking for a workout program to get them on track!
